Myth and Fact
If I don’t use solar power in a day, it’s wasted.
Not under net metering policy, in which your loads can run on solar power as long as there is sufficient energy available from the sun during the day. Any deficit is taken care by the main utility supply. However, if the solar energy production is in excess as compared to the load requirement at that moment, the excess energy can be either stored in the batteries (if available) or can be sold back to the utility grid.
Installing solar is quite complicated and requires a lot of maintenance.
We can’t use AC’s or heavy load on solar.
Solar energy is costly and is not economically viable.
As we install ON Grid system with net metering policy you can run any load on solar, be it AC’s, Washing machine or even your high load industrial machine.
Installing Solar is not complicated and needs very low maintenance of cleaning panels.
Solar energy is very economically viable and gives a return of 25-33%, which means your money gets recovered in 3-4 years. That’s thrice the return of a fixed deposit.
Solar panels do not work in winter or rainy season.
Solar panels produce electricity through light, not heat.
So panels do work marginally less in monsoonbut work best in winter season.
